In September 2020, 15 Gold Coast artists working in performance, dance, music, visual art, screen and sound came together for three curated salons of works-in-development.
As an immediate response to COVID19 on our industry and business, Placemakers* went to market in March 2020 with a paid opportunity for local artists to create a new work as part of this series. The artists that were successful in this very popular call out and who presented their works-in-development as part of the sold-out Behind the Golden Doors salons were:
